This is the beginning of Chakira. Orata (Gaby Ramirez) as Shakira. Orata tries to impress Justino Castor (Brandon Meza) but he's not having it till she becomes Chakira. Gaby ends up mad at him for kissing her on the lips because she has a boyfriend in real life and kisses only him on the lips. Gaby is very talented. I love this skit. There's nothing like it. The moment at 6:06 is classic.
